# Jason Klein

## Senior Advisor

Jason Klein is a Senior Advisor at Accel-KKR. He was previously a Managing Director at Accel-KKR and joined the firm during its inaugural fund.

Prior to joining Accel­-KKR, Jason worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in investment banking in both the Technology, Media & Telecom group and the Merger Department. Jason previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities, the investment banking subsidiary of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advised mid-market companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and buyout transactions. Earlier in his career, Jason worked in the Financial Advisory Services practice at Coopers & Lybrand. He has also spent time auditing companies at both Coopers & Lybrand and Arthur Andersen.

Jason’s current board seats include: imed, Paymentus (NYSE: PAY), SugarCRM and Vitu.

Jason received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Finance and Strategic Management where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar and was awarded the Ford Fellowship (first­-year Co-Valedictorian). He received a B.S. with Highest Distinction in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Speech Communications from the Pennsylvania State University.

Jason is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, inactive) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
